I have been considering orthodontic treatment for many years. I finally booked an appointment with Dr. Lesley Williams and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I initially entered their office feeling very nervous however I was immediately greeted by the kind ladies at the front desk and was given a tour of the office by a very friendly staff member who quickly calmed my nerves. The entire consultation process was pleasant and informative. Each one of the staff members took their time to answer all of my questions making me feel at ease about the process associated with orthodontics. Dr. Lesley Williams and her staff go above and beyond to make their patients, including myself, feel comfortable and at ease while in their care. I can honestly say I always look forward to my appointments at South Surrey Smiles!!!

Dr Williams is the best orthodantist i have ever met. She did great job for my daughter with teeth brace. Now after 1.5 years treatment my daughter looks much greater than she was!

About a month ago I visited South Surrey Smiles. When I first walked in everybody was so welcoming and kind towards each other and their patients. I went in for my x-ray and the dentists were very kind towards me and also gave me a welcoming gift. After that I recently got my braces and they did not hurt at all. I have heard that some of my friends when they got braces it hurt a lot. The dentists were giving me good information of what I needed to eat and what I didn't want to eat. When a wire came loose, they were very nice about it and fixed it right away. Thank you!!!
